The best Centrelink in all of Australia. I thought it would be painful like most interactions with Centrelink have in the past but I was pleasantly surprised to find excellent service. I needed to change my surname and fully expected massive queues and a long wait but I was in and out in minutes.The lady at the front desk offered to do the name change then and there and was fast, friendly and efficient!Highly recommended you go here instead of calling up as the staff there are awesome. Plenty of parking too.

The most I've ever been stuffed around in my life is from Centrelink the company that's suppose to help you when you need it, your service is shocking and pathetic....

Usually quite fast. Bettee than self service which hung up on me after trying to speak my CAN number three times. Needs some work I think.
