Paint the Town Red Art
I am in no way an arty person. I can not draw to save my life. But the class I attended was easy to follow directions and I had a great time.We had a small group of females and males, enjoyed a few wines and thoroughly enjoyed out night :)They also hold fantastic art classes for children. My 9 year old is in her 2nd term with them and absolutely loves it.

So much fun! Great opportunity to do something different with friends. We've painted and shared evenings with friends a number of times. We've attended fundraisers (where Leigh and John donated their time, facilities and all paints and canvasses), painted, made clay decorations and are about to try pottery throwing.Great to support a local company too!

Last year my travel company (Tours for 'Independent-thinking' Women) was fortunate to visit Tasmania.One of the highlights of the tour was the evening we spent at Paint the Town Red! The entire group joined in with gusto, producing some 'unique' works of art.Our instructor Leigh, was fun, patient and encouraging. As you can see from our photo's - a great time was definitely had by all! An absolute 'Must - Do' when in Launceston.

My wife and I did the wheel throwing, it was such a wonderful experience and was very fun. It was a small class so you get individual attention from John and he is able to spend time and teach you the right techniques. Also you are free to create and have fun with the clay and the wheel!

I attended a private group session as part of a birthday celebration and enjoyed the experience so much, I've made a booking for my own birthday! I'm no artist - my ideas usually far exceed my abilities - but the step-by-step instructions were easy to follow and I'm pretty happy with the result. It's a great way to spend an afternoon.

Such a lovely painting class. Went to the family friendly session with my 8 year old daughter. We both enjoyed it so much. We were made comfortable straight away, and they really were so accomodating of my daughter (giving her two canvas instead of one large one - was the right decision, she whipped through those instructions). Really happy and both of us are keen to go back again.

My wife always enjoys attending classes for painting and pottery. Time for herself, to be creative, to enjoy company of friends and her favourite cocktails. Step by step instructions in all classes make it easy for everyone to accomplish art, and take home something you can be proud of.
