Sandalwood Downs Candles

Due to unforeseen circumstances my mother (currently battling a life threatening disease) and I arrived 30minutes late to our booking. We were met at the door by the most rude, disrespectful and unprofessional lady (Jane Grant),who bluntly told us we couldn’t join in the class because we were too late. There wasn’t even a chance to rebook. I explained the circumstances regarding our lateness, just to be rudely shut down, telling us she has “people waiting” and shut the gate door and stormed off.Highly unprofessional, vile and rude. 100% would not recommend this business

I was finding it hard to find the perfect gift for my friend..I knew she liked candles but I wanted to give her more than that… Sandalwood Downs was more than candles.. I got to spend a day with my friend making candles ,exploring this beautiful farm and having a lovely high tea with some lovely women to top it all off..I pride myself getting great gifts and Sandalwood Downs did not let me down.

Bad customer service, cancellation 3 hours before workshop as they just can't be bothered to run it for few people.
