The best place to buy furniture and decorate items for my house. Tuyen, the seller, is very good. We just wanted to buy a wall picture but after her advice, we bought dining table with chairs and 1 more picture. We will come back there again if we need to buy furniture and decorations in the future

This is the worst shopping experience I've had in over ten years. After I bought a sofa from them, they delivered it to the door instead of bringing it inside the house, and then left. They made my parents two elderly people in their 70s carry the sofa inside by themselves. Despite this, I didn't return the sofa and kept it. Later, even more incredible things happened. During the month I used it, I always felt a sore lower back. I even went to take an X-ray and saw a doctor because of it. I don’t know why it happened. Until one day, When I went to their store, I found out that the sofa they delivered had four legs, which was completely different from my home's sofa. Because my sofa had no legs, it was positioned very low, which caused my lower back pain. Later, I contacted their company, but they didn't apologize, didn't think they did anything wrong, and even emailed me to ask why I didn't tell them earlier. This was entirely the fault of this company. It was the worst service imaginable, and so far, they haven't helped me solve this problem.
