Our company acquired a Duplo PUR binder from Neopost. We have had numerous problems with the equipment and whilst the machine was under warranty Neopost sent a technician who had never been trained on the device to fix it.

No proper training or induction, they don't care about the well being of employees

I tried to buy a box of Velor binding strips. Firstly told buy a Sydney sales rep that they didn't sell them anymore. After speaking to someone else interstate I was informed that Sydney has some in stock. Sydney sales rep then gets back to me and informs it it will be $45 delivery for a box that weighs less than 50 grams and around 300 mm long x 50 mm wide.....and their business is postage! what a joke.

Terrible sales service—confusing and mixed messages between sales reps; promise of overnight delivery; no follow through when order was days late and our team had to chase both the sales rep for information as well as the delivery company to collect from the depot.

We had a Neopost, franking machine from Smartech Systems (formally Quadient). Despite having a further 12-24months+ left on the subscription, a very shady sales tactic was employed, whereby they sent a contract for signing, with an increase, with no conversation from a sales rep.We immediately shopped around and choose to cancel the subscription - paying the penalty fees applicable. Instead of them collecting the very heavy franking machine the next time they were in Toowoomba visiting their many other clients, we had to drive it to Brisbane, 130km away, before the cancellation could take affect.I was happy to leave things there, without the need to post a review. Regretfully, in the last two months I have received an overdue statement from them, with further subscription charges for the coming period (in other words, they charge in advance) - despite us having already cancelled!!Upon reaching out, they concede the mistake in the charges and advise it will be sorted with the support team".
