Puddle Ducks Swim Academy

Recently I feel Puddle ducks is bullying customers because they feel they have established them self in the market. While the quality of coaching still remains excellent ,the customer service had gone from bad to worse and I'm experiencing arrogant behaviour from the management/staff. There will be a level of tolerance to all this from customers but I feel the attitude must change from management.

My two children have learned swimming there for few years. But really disappointed now about the management. You will not get a make up lesson even you ask sick leave before 8am on the day as the policy required. So just bless your child never sick on the day of their swimming lesson.

Highly recommend Puddle Ducks for swimming lessons!! My oldest daughter started here in January 2020 and I love that she has 1:1 private lessons. For the price you pay, it is definitely more than worth it!! She used to go to Blacktown Pools, but then she'd only get 6mins of swimming in a half hour lesson. I'm very happy to have switched and was able to enrol my second daughter from 4 months old. She's now 14 months old and can kick her legs a bit and swim" to her dad about half a metre :-) All the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating :-)"

It's a shame that puddle ducks still has not closed its door tbh. They hire staffs for dirt cheap and staff are so rude to you that anything you ask they say do you want me to send a cancellation form". Yes they have established themselves so they don't care. And also they have hired all the young people who show so much attitude

Our child recently experienced a unprofessional behavior from one of the teachers (Natalia) and she was in tears after the class. I was made aware that she was making comments to other teachers about my daughter and was a lil rude. My daughter was happy with all the other teachers which were the positives. It is a shame that this particular incident had occurred.

Really poor management mostly with teenager instructors. A couple of times my instructor was changed and my daughter was forced to be supervised with someone's else for few sessions.Also, recently for further profit in some level they introduced a new scheme to coach two kid with one instructor. As consequence, when even you are not impacted by that, too many people are in there and all toilets, bath rooms are busy and you have to wait till people come out of there and there high risk of getting cold of your kid.Not recommended at all due to POOR management and quality under this brand anywhere.

Very poor and unreliable service! Last week my son had a first session and there were 5 persons plus 2 coaches in a narrow and small swimming lane and everyone was on top of each other with very poor discipline while I was told the max number of persons in the class would be just 3. The supervisor was very rude with childish behaviour and when I notified them we cannot make the other sessions with this terrible class management, instead of giving an apology, the rude female with too many piereces on her face told we cannot refund you for the other sessions due to the T&Cs. Due to the lie they made about the number of persons in the class, I fell for their swimming sessions. I will raise this unprofessional and dodgy management and T&Cs with the NSW fair trading. They do not know how to serve customers and they just think about the money. Shame on Puddle Ducks Swim Academy!
