My English is not very good, but that didn’t stop me from meeting Dr. Jacques. The service staff were very welcoming and helped me in my visit. Dr. Jacques perfectly removed my difficult tooth and soon l had no problem. Thank you very much!

This place is fabulous. Dr Tristan is amazing and so good with working with not just adults but children as well! He is a breathe of fresh air and so positive in what could be a nervous trip for many with visiting the dentist ! Definitely recommend ☺️

Wonderful team at core dental. I've been going there for years for orthodontic work and casual cleans and they've been nothing less than outstanding. Always above and beyond with their service, and very welcoming. Jacques is a really warm and caring dentist, makes sure you know what's happening and why, as well as what to expect before and after your work. Makes you feel very at ease.

Amazing dentist team. I had a very difficult wisdom tooth sitting on a nerve that had been referred to by the previous dentist to an oral surgeon. Came here and it turns out they have a wisdom tooth specialist that comes in specifically to remove wisdom teeth. He was fantastic, took out the tooth in minutes and off I went. Wish I had gone to him for the other ones that were truly traumatic experiences. The other dentists are friendly, through, professional and caring. Everything here is done professionally and you know you are in good hands!

Greatest dental experience I've ever had! Never before have I had such a thorough examination and clean.The dentist and hygienist made sure I understood everything that was going on. The practice itself was very clean and modern. The prices are reasonable and reflect the excellent and comprehensive quality of service. I 100% recommend

I was very nervous to attend as I have an irrational fear of dentists, however I was in a world of pain so my attendance was unavoidable. Dr Tristan was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain what was going to happen and to placate my fears. He and his assistant, Maria, were such lovely people and instantly helped calm me down. I ultimately had quite a bit of work done and actually fell asleep in the chair.Everyone at Core Dental ensured that I felt supported and I was as never made to feel as if my fears were silly or juvenile. I highly recommend this practice and specifically Dr Tristan

Spoke to a woman on the phone who organised my appointment, she was very nice and understood what was going on. However upon arrival it appeared they didn’t know what my appointment was for and told me to have an X-ray even though I didn’t need one, didn’t ask about any information I already had and did not appear to be very knowledgeable despite them being apparent professionals. Confusing. I am young and seek all the info I can get so I asked them about my options for my teeth, including expensive, insurance coverage and availability. I expressed I did not know and all the lady told me was that “it’s like that isn’t it.” I was confused why she didn’t answer and next thing she takes me to the front desk and I thought I was gonna get more info there maybe but then I ended up just being sent on my way. Because of the poor efforts of these staff I wasted multiple hours of my day. It was unbelievable. The second star is purely because the woman on the phone was good.

I had my dental appointment booked in last week with Dr Ivy she is an amazing dentist and so good at what she does. She explained everything so thoroughly and walked me through everything making sure i was happy.She really took her time and made sure i walked off happy with the services she did.Cant wait to see her again at the berwick clinic soon.I wanna thank as well the dental assistant Sajida who referred me , thats how i found out about your clinic and Sajida’s customer service was so great.Highly recommend this dental clinic.Thank you,Shakizee
