Your staff should not be putting out product like this, the cup isn't even a third full. Is anyone actually checking what people are handing out the window? I get it's busy but still I'm not happy paying $4 for a McFlurry and receiving this.

Not happy with the service from this store. One they keep messing up the orders. Plus the wait time is crazy. My family had to wait in-store for over ten minutes waiting for our online order. Management gave us free large chips because others were cold but so were the burgers at this point also. Very unhappy with the service that day ..also got charged full price for double big Mac but only got the regular lol

We come here on a weekly basis while waiting for dancing lessons to finish. The staff are very polite but I have to say that I HATE the way they pressure you into using the machines to order. Tonight we turned up, stood at the counter to order, they ignored us and another staff member asked us to order at the machine. I wanted to pay with cash- old school I know. So then I had to go back to the counter with my receipt, wait behind people who were ordering at the counter who had arrived after us, and then had the whole order read back to me anyway. What a waste of time. I hate your machines McDonalds- if I want to order from your counter- let me!

Your food is getting much dearer and yet much smaller so we never feel full these days...Hungry Jacks are bigger and much more satisfying...way too dear for what you get now at Maccas...lost a customer im afraid.

Woree Mc Donald’s !!!! This would be the absolute worst store I have ever been through. Drive through is always incredibly slow and staff are unorganised. This morning we sat in the drive through for 15 mins and did not order a thing as there was no ice for our iced latte. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!! I Would Really appreciate being contacted by this store please !!!!!!!!

I just paid $17 for what was supposed to be a chicken caesar salad. It was just about all lettuce with a couple of very small chopped bacon and about $1 worth of chicken. I could have made what I was given for less than $5. Shame on you woree McDonald's where is the commitment to give customers quality food for there money.

I took my meal home, which is not a long drive at all. I opened the burger box and a fly flew out. I checked my burger and it was still warm but there were fly eggs visible on on side of the meat pattie. It put me off my meal. As I didn't know where else the fly might have touched.The staff that served me were polite and friendly, the service was fast. I just wish the burger was fresh.
