Great customer service, Byron was welcoming and very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the products and gave me good advice for deciding what which product would be suitable for my needs. He even offered to carry it out to my car me afterwards. He is an assett to the store.

Organised store with nearly everything BFC. Outdoor clothing has been depleted so not much selection any more. Friendly service.☆Containers for Change big recycling bags are available for free.☆ Community appreciation to BCF for sponsoring this service ☆

Great customer service today. Brought a product from Mt Isa, which was not what I was told it was intended for. It was gladly exchange for a product much more suited to my needs. This store deserves every star I gave it.
