Quest Frankston on the Bay

While the rooms are large, for short term stays at least, the price is exorbitantly expensive for the quality presented. The location is excellent and the staff were very good. Room maintenance and amenities need a significant improvement to justify the short term stay prices.

What fantastic service and beautiful, immaculate rooms. We sat on the balcony and watched the fireworks around the bay. A perfect way to welcome in the new year.

A pretty good stay along Frankston area, the site is well located and surrounded by amenities around. We booked a studio room and the room was spacious and clean. Staff were polite and efficient in their service. There is parking onsite that is located underground at $30 per night which we found to be quite expensive. All things considered, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel with worst soundproof I have ever had!! Booked two nights for my holiday before work starts but was so disappointed.Never had good sleep for both night, neighbors were too noisy banging the door and screaming from 1am to 6am. It seems like many people were staying in a room or they have visitors. I can clearly hear them shouting and they bang the door so loudly almost hundred times in the midnight. The hotel should strictly look into this. Really had bad nights there…And the bed and pillow were not comfortable at all.Would have only give one star. But the staffs are friendly and the place is clean so two stars.

Great location, near train station to Melbourne downtown, near beach and near shops and restaurants. All within walking distance. Hotel has kitchen and living room. Clean and large.

There is nothing good at this place.Offer parking on their website but limited parking available. My husband had to move car constantly as no all day parking until 6.00pm. And by any small chance you do get a parking spot it's 30 dollars a day.Housekeeping shortage..they can put a note under your door saying they can't clean, however dry towels and toiletries would be nice. Housekeeping staff are friendly and I certainly don't want to shoot the messengers.There are permanent residents here and as such it's 2 lift changes to your room, if you can find it!There is a dangerous trip hazard between bathroom and kitchenette (we stayed in a studio) and the wardrobe doesn't slide. No cafe or eatery in hotel. If this was a budget hotel, I would sort of understand but for 200 dollars plus parking, expect a better experience.Wouldn't recommend it.

Lovely and quiet. Room service staff are quiet, efficient and friendly. Front counter staff are lovely and attentive to your needs. The 1 bedroom room we have use of is Karen and has everything you need to make yourself comfortable and happy. It within walking distance to anything you might need from the beach to the shops to public transport.

Nothing short of what I expected. We booked a room with a Bayview. That gives you the best experience. The cafe and the restaurant was closed due to public holidays. But plenty of options. Best part is, both the beach and the markets are within short walk. Great place. Worth the money.
