Fantastic customer service! I was lucky enough to buy a grimms lsp in the online restock. It was bigger than i expected when i picked it up, the staff were so nice as to carry it all the way out to my car. Such a beautiful store with so many lovely toys and a wonderful atmosphere. Will definitely return :)

Great little toy shop, in a nice location.Great for family outings and then popping by to have a browse.Their online service is also great, the lay buy system is great too for families who need time to pay.Highly recommend to everyone.

Such a beautifully curated collection of toys - I always know I’ll be able to find something special when I visit, and that what I buy will be competitively priced, well-packaged and posted quickly. Brands like Moulin Rory, especially, I love, and Dragonfly Toys always has special pieces when I’m looking for them. An absolutely wonderful, and trustworthy, store! Thank you!

Truly enjoyed our visit in store. The space was welcoming, staff were also friendly. Didn't feel overwhelmed as a first time mum shopping for toys for my daughter. We ended up spending almost 2hours in store looking around as there was lots to look at and consider. I ended up spending way too much but walked out with a smile.

I love Dragonfly Toys! Not only do they have a huge range of toys, each toy is incredibly unique, unlike i've seen elsewhere. The staff's knowledge of children (of all ages) and the toys was outstanding. I am SO happy i came across this beautiful find. I have told all my friends about it!If you have't been there, make a morning or afternoon of it and visit the Abbotsford Convent for a coffee and a look! You will need plenty of time to see everything in this gorgeous store.Happy Shopping!

Stockmar modelling beeswax: Such amazing quality bees wax in beautiful vibrant colours, that is clean to work with - my kids love sitting inside on a cold day making little sculptures with them, such a fun and relaxing activity.
