Very disappointed.Two out of my 3 bare rooted silver birches @ $29.00 each never came out in leaf. I was told it would be replaced, however when I took it back the trees had all been potted up and are now $130 each. I was asked if I wanted to pay the extra $100 to get a new one or a refund.What an insult

Great nursery with lovely, knowledgeable staff. Excellent selection of really healthy plants. I love coming here and often bring my friendly dog with me, we are able to wander around and never feel rushed. The staff are awesome, well done guys.

I love this nursery. It is a beautiful place, with a huge variety of all sorts of plants, pots and ornaments at reasonable prices. They also have sales and email you if you're on their list when there is a sale. The staff are all lovely. They let you wander around without bothering you, and help you if you need help.

All the staff I've come across are horticulturists - knowledgable and friendly. It's not a budget nursery but it's very good value for established and unusual plants that are in good health and mostly frost-hardy. It has a much more diverse and interesting collection than Gubbins (across the road) so pop in there before going to the hardware store! You can call ahead and request plants for order if they are not in stock.

First time I have been in the store.Very nice selection and very well laid out.I did want some advice, unfortunately the 3 staff behind the counter were more involved in their conversation. Did not acknowledge my existence.Will not recommend or go back.
