the service was not optimal until today we are waiting for a refund for the not installed program. He said if we delete the negative entry on Facebook then he wants to refund it.

Don't buy at this place, shocking experience.I bought a desktop including grafic card, I paid extra for installing windows and special lights. We couldn't start the computer, went to IT shop and been told there is no grafic card and no windows installed. I claimed my money back through ebay, and got it back, however the additional $239 that I paid extra hasn't been refunded. The seller ignoring all my massages, moreover he blocked me for any reviews on ebay.
