Terrible experience! Waiting for delivery more than 3 weeks, I called and emailed so many times asked for order status, promised to called me back, but never did! At last only received one email informed that there was no stock! 3 weeks waiting for nothing, not even a courtesy email, left me no time find out the alternative! Extremely disappointed! Dnt waste your time on this website

We turned up because it says in-store shopping but we discovered it was a house. When we called we were told they could show us samples but no stock to buy. Don’t be mislead into thinking it is an in person store.

Great communication, quality and production time. We spoke to Preet on Friday, told her we need the shirts produced urgently and asked if she would complete it by Wednesday. Instead, she completed it by Monday. I am very happy with this business.

“Cap sale online” was a great experience! The final product is Soo good! We love every model! Quality was great, the embroidery is so precisely done. And the client service was super quick. (The only bad the delivery took 3 days more than expected, so can’t complain) totally recommend. I will definitely order again!

Great communication, quality and production time. I spoke to Preet on Monday evening asking for an urgently delivery interstate before the end of the week and the shirts arrived two days later (Wednesday). I am very happy with this business and will definitely return again.
