Great fun for kids, friendly staff and no spiders as not in trees

We went yesterday and I was fairly disappointed. My booking was a 2.5 hour sessions to begin at 12pm. As we were travelling from Canberra we left early to allow for time, so we arrived 40 minutes early. After looking around for 10 minutes to get the lay of the land we were asked if we were ready to go. This was at 11.30. We were harnessed up and went through the safety briefing then were off on our adventures. Conversation between staff involved quiet a lot of swearing. Although they were not serving customers they didn't care that kids where around or that they were representing their employer (I don't want to here that, let alone have my kids hear it!). It was at this point I complained about the music being played as it was inappropriate (swearing (f word) and content about drugs and sex). After some smirking from staff the music was changed. I would say the content of the music continued to be along the same lines while we were there. During the climb my son got stuck on one of the courses. Staff were engaged in conversation and not taking any notice of patrons. I had to get their attention to help. At 1.20 we were told our time was up and we needed to take the harnesses off - not even 2 hrs after starting. Although there was some fun had these other things overshadowed what could have been a great experience, however my impression was that the place was not run very professionally.

Love this place. I travelled for an hour to get there but it was worth it. I’ve been there twice in one week. Kids love it & there is so much to do for different age groups, from the climbing to the playcentre to the games area. Kids had heaps of fun & we made a great day out of it. I also took my cousin with me the second time & she wasn’t too pleased to wake up so early for the drive but she said it was worth the early wake up & the long drive & she’d gladly go again. Special mention to a staff member named Jess she was so professional, helpful & gladly answered my list of questions before I got there & had such a nice personality once we arrived we felt very welcomed to the centre right away, she is the best first point of contact to have for any business. All staff were very helpful & polite both the days I went & they made the experience great for our large family. Thankyou for a great experience Skypeak Adventures. I highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of going.

Challenging and rewarding. Feel accomplished and great team bonding experience. It took me while to understand how the magnetic connectors worked, once I got hang of it, it was all good. The obstacle course is very processed driven making it very safe. Remember to bring your gym gloves. Staff are nice, helpful and patient. Will definitely come back again. Didn't get a chance to complete all the obstacles as we ran out of time. But we'll be back :)

Staff are really friendly and the course is fantastically designed. Really eye catching.The connection to monkey is a bonus as it doubles well when taking the younger and older kids out.I believe the tree was brought in from another state. Save the trip to tree tops and go here!

Would not recommend this operation. I went there with three kids, which had done several other TreeTop adventures previously, for a birthday present. I initially booked kids course but when seeing it, I knew the kids would be bored as it's more for smaller kids and our kids climb since they are 3.As the 3 boys were just above the 140cm minimum height I requested to change them to the Atmosphere course.After a lot of talking with the teenager staff which insisted the kids could not do it beside them fulfilling the criteria outlined, I managed to change them to the Atmosphere course which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. The clipping system takes a bit to learn and even when helping kids it sometimes takes a few attempts. The young teenager staff seemed very annoyed if from time to time they need to help one of the kids so don't expect them to encourage kid's and be helpful. The teenage female staff member then asked us to leave after 1 1/2 hours not 2 hours so I had to argue again so they could finish what we paid for. To be honest, I don't think I saw a single staff member above 20 in the placeAfter the climbing kids played for 30 minutes in playground Go Bananas which is the indoor play centre which was pretty filthy and you need to pay Extra for.3 Kids then got beaten up by a group of kids from a very low socioeconomic background with swearing parents and kids so that an incident report needed to be filed and kids have a blue eye and sore shoulder. The large family seems to be known to the Staff members and then left quickly.Not a place we will be back in a hurry to...

Took both my children here. The eldest had a blast as he attempted the course, when our session was over he begged to come back again!! My youngest son was afraid mainly because of the height, maybe a smaller course is required for the tiny tots. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great value for money to be able to continue your adventures for as many times as you can manage in your hour slot is awesome.

The place looks amazing. I cannot wait for my kids to be older so they can use it as well!
