We had our dog Tommy groomed here today and they did a fantastic job. Tommy recently had knee surgery and they were especially gentle under the circumstances. Friendly staff, extremely professional and the goods instore are just beautiful. We will definitely be back.

I’ve been here a few times in the past & this place used to be good but unfortunately not anymore. I took my 12 kilo straight coat spoodle for a full groom, she was in ther for over 2 hours & they charged me $110 with no explanation after quoating me “$100 or less” on the phone. I specifically said I want her tail trimmed and they didn’t touch her tail, didn’t do a neat job at all around her feet & literally both her ears were filthy, they had not even been wiped let alone cleaned properly. Overpriced & super disappointing.

Went there for our dogs first grooming and job well done, our dog enjoyed it and they did great work on the grooming and making him feel comfortable. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We'll be back.

Went in to get fitted for harnesses for my two dogs, excellent service and incredibly patient while I made a selection. Booking in my long haired dog for a groom as I have read lots of good reviews here about their skilled groomers. Will update with a picture once done ☺️

taken my retriever golden retriever here a few times and each time more expensive than the last. I previously paid $90, then $120, then $150 then got stung with $180 on my most recent visit for the same golden retriever cut and groom.The owners also don’t recognise previous customers or their dogs which is quite sad. Customer service 101 remember your owners and their dogs names who have been using your services and please stop charging different higher prices each time we bring our dogs for a groom.Customers ask up front how much your grooming is going to be so you don’t have surprises.

How lucky we feel to have come across Belvedere recently and Karen in particular. Always going above and beyond for my little ones. My life is one hell of a lot easier. We feel very safe and blessed. The service, care and communication is a 11/10 EVERYTIME. Thank you for walking my babies weekly, the grooms and the baths and all the other things you do that not only makes my life so much easier but meaningful for my Charlie and Layla. They do not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Thank you. What a service!
