What a poor service, we are running takeaway shop and had a security system installed by this company. We had power outage during floods, finally find their number called and mentioned that we had security system installed by your company that is not working, Andrew was on the phone very very rude behavior, if I am allowed I should give him 0 star. He just hang up when I ask can I hold for a second to get a pen to write down email ID, I called again and he hang up again. Very poor customer service OMG.

Owner is not trustworthy.Through talking to other technicians and equipment suppliers i have learned PSA has an extremely poor reputation in the security installation industry.Their workmanship using subcontractors is very poor and if you question any aspect of the job or the fact they didn't do it as promised Andrew will threaten to sue you.Use someone else

Andrew and his team are fantastic to work with. I have referred many clients to Paradise Security as I always receive outstanding feedback. Such professionalism is an absolute delight to work with and I highly recommend them for all your security needs. I have also had the pleasure reading Andy's book which is a real tear jerker - it's not every day that you get to meet a Bali bombing survivor! 5 stars go to this Security Company!

Don't ever work with Andrew. He ia so rude to his staff and abuses them and when you quit he reports you for stealing uniforms but only give you 30 minutes to give them back.

We used Paradise Security to install our home security system and they were very polite and did a fantastic job. I also used them again to supply and install our office camera security system and again they were very responsive, had it installed in a few days and it works like a charm. This company has been around for 26+ years now so they certainly know what they are doing and I can highly recommend these guys.
