Renaissance Bathrooms

This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Chased for 5 months to repair or replace an expensive faulty tap. After chasing them an unbelievable amount of times and four attempts of being sent random parts to get it right, it was still faulty and I demanded a new tap. After chasing the manger/owner several times, and not receiving any response, I finally tracked him down and when we started talking about who was going to pay for my plumbers four visits that were wasted due to them sending the incorrect parts he started to argue that the whole problem was now not their fault and that I was wasting his time, stated that he refused to do anything to rectify the problem and hung up on me. I have previously dealt with a lot of bathware companies and I strongly advise for anyone not to do business with this company. Funnily enough the only other review they have was for nearly exactly the same situation, I wish I read that earlier!

BEWARE - Do not engage in business with Renaissance Bathrooms!

I have been trying to get refund on a faulty tap for 9 months now and still have not been successful. Every time I speak to someone they say it will be processed next week" but nothing happens. The service from this company is absolutely appalling and I would not recommend them under any circumstances. Not only was the extremely expensive tap faulty but all attempts to speak to someone who will actually process my refund have been spectacularly unsuccessful. It is like they are delaying in the hope I will just go away. No chance. Not a company that anyone should consider doing business with"
