Got quoted a good price over the phone, went to pay and was told GST is added when using eftpos. So OK I thought. Then I asked for a receipt to which he said he can't give me one at the point of sale. So I left my email address for him to send the receipt. Never received it.Went past bunnings to see their price and whadya know? Cheaper. Sarking foil had some oxidation as well from being stored outside in the rain. Stick to Bunnings

Absolutely terrible, when you unwrap from roll it sticks, and leaves wool materials exposed,Avoid this product, after installation the finished is shocking to the eyeOther brands are much better product, and easier to installAfter trying to change product these guys refused

I bought some Earthwool insulation batts from Zia last year. They were about $180 cheaper than if I had bought them from a well-known hardware store. I could have saved even more, but I unwittingly bought them through a third party. They were easy to install too. No need to worry about gloves. I am getting a new roof put on my house. I was quoted $2000 to install R1.3 blanket with a medium-duty foil backing. Zia quoted me $1250 to supply R2.5 with a heavy-duty foil backing. No prizes for guessing which option I will take. Zia is very friendly and very helpful too.
