Came in with many others last week after a very challenging start to a bikepacking race. The team were replacing pads, rotors and derailleurs like a pit crew. Really grateful that they were open and could get us all back on the road.

Sorry, didn't have a good experience here. Lack of communication and seem to be up selling parts for my bike that after fitting didn't work with the other parts, then wanted to charge Northern beaches prices again.. hell no. I was cool when i asked them about why and they dismissed my point. Wont be going back. Go to 99 bikes , a more honest bunch.

Best bike shop I've been to. Michael provided outstanding customer service. I had a few issues with my road bike, he got the bike working and looking like new again. Bike now feels amazing to ride. He was very helpful, didn't rush me like many other bike shops I've dealt with and is the best and most efficient mechanic I've met.

Bad experience again. They are just trying to up sell parts. They said you need new chain, cassette and derailleur, I said all that was done 10.5 mths ago. NEVER going back. 3 mates same experience.

very knowledgable guys, always happy to help and provide advice. Was in the shop few times already with 4 different bikes - some cheap some pretty expensive. I was always leaving happy. Thanks Michael! Will come again there next time!

Great service good workmanship even better banter Michael and Mark should be your next point of call for bicycle work.Just an update , today16th November 2020 the lads looked after me again .This has got to be one of the best bike shops on the beaches Technical knowledge great service and expert mechanics . What more could you ask for , every time I walk in there its just like visiting family .

My rear bike wheel got damaged last week and needed a quick repair. Came today to Cycle Spot and they were fabulous. Ian and the crew repaired it within an hour!! Seriously so appreciative of their super quick turnaround service because I ride my bike to work everyday. One super duper happy customer!! Thanks Cycle Spot!!

Bought a MTB from Cycle Spot. The service and value for money provided by Michael was outstanding. It was late in the day, and Mike was able to provide good advice, and a good package. Clearly he loves being on the tools and was down to earth. I'll be returning, despite Cycle Spot not being in my local area.Keep up the good work.
