They really need to go back to fast food as used to be, clean and fast. The food shows lack of proper training. Staff are willing to be helpful, like they placed the Infront counter for the customer pick up the order, non have a nice day or glad you came by or even seeing soon or we appreciate your visit. NON OF THAT. it is ashame!!!Loyal customer for over 40 years...

1am at a 24hr McDonald's and due to needing to update their system meant no food was to be sold or served for twenty to thirty minutes according to the manager that I finally got to come out from the back of the kitchen and get off his mobile phone so that I knew why I'd already been standing at the counter for 5 minutes with no chance of getting my order taken.

I ordered a double cheese burger meal and the burger, chips were cold as and the drink I had, tasted like the drink machine needed a clean.... wasn't happy at all....

Bought a coffee from the McCafe because that was the first stop. Coffee was hot but a tad burnt in flavour and for $5+, I expected better.

We had this delivered today. Everything was freezing cold with the exception of two sundaes which had melted. We tried reheating but that just made it even worse. You should be very ashamed of yourselves. What a waste of money! And we're still hungry.... McDonalds are just getting worse and worse, yet getting expensive!

Needed something quickly and decided to eat meat for the first time in a while. What a bad choice. Immediately when I opened the box I regretted my decision to get the clubhouse burger. It was not served hot.The patty was dry and poorly made with the leftovers of the ingredients, the cheese wasn't even close to melted.Considering they're charging $14+ for this meal with a small coffee I think they should put some more effort into the presentation and ingredients. It was woeful. I took a couple bites but couldn't finish.On a positive note the service was good and my fries were great.
