Aust Post delivered my parcel back to these guys after the sender on AliExpress omitted the street number so possibly a scam as there was no chance the parcel would get to me through Austpost's system. They don't answer the phone or emails. Amazing that Aust Post deals with them given the reviews here.Unfortunately I can't post 0 stars. Also, if you're here looking at the reviews you probably didn't get a choice in dealing with them.

Like all the other reviews, this courier company has had 2 of my packages for over 4 weeks now but have yet to deliver them. They are not contactable by phone or email so there is no way to know if the packages would ever get delivered. Absolutely shocking service, would highly not recommend going near this company.

I have tried contacting this company multiple times for a parcel that hasnt been delivered since April.. Their customer service line cuts out when you choose the option to speak to them and all other lines ring out. No other contact details and have had no return phone call.

WARNING! ZERO STAR .If your parcel is lost. forget it and ask for a refund from supplier. This company is uncontactable and should be avoided at all cost. Scam and most likely profiting off the missing parcels. Check their reviews.

Been two days trying to get hold of someone over phone and it just drops. So good luck to business using this dodgy company. Anyway its loss of seller too bad....never got multiple parcels

Exquisite delivery, and tracking. The tacking number, worked and showed where it was and where it was picked up. Was delivered early because of the note I filed saying I would like it delivered early and I will pay extra for it to be delivered earlier than normal the for the basketball season that my son plays.

sadly as all of the other reviews my package was not delivered and there is no way to contact them. the phone automatically disconnects when you call them and there is no email. shocking customer service. this company is an absolute scam.

Gave them 1 star as zero and half stars are not an option.These dodgy operators have not delivered parcel purchased on Ali Baba yet documentation on their website says 'delivered'. They will not/do not answer calls or emails. Probably running a scam with Ali Baba to charge and not send out parcels. Do not use Ali Baba or UBI and I do not understand how/why Australia Post do use them. Have referred complaint to NSW Civil Administrative Tribunal but probably won't get much joy there either.
