I've visited this barber shop twice and received excellent haircuts from Angelo. He provies fantastic service, and understands and creates the cut I'm after. Great place to visit, highly recommended.

My first visit to Ricciardones was fantastic. Angelo taking great care with both haircut and shave whilst being extremely friendly and making me feel comfortable in the chair. After 3 years in the area I have finally found my new barber.

I first had my hair cut by Angelo's father during the 1970s on the other side of Darling street to his present premises. He was a dignified and friendly man who cut my hair to absolute perfect with great pride. Angelo was then a junior partner. I always looked forward to monthly visits. And now Angelo is sadly without his father but nobly assisted by his wonderful mum who now and again sweeps up the mess of curly locks created by Angelo. Though I hesitate to say it I think that Angelo is an even better barber than his father. This is a wonderful family business that takes great pride in their work. And I take great pleasure in those monthly (or two-monthly) visits. Though badly deaf (my hearing aids have to come out during hair clipping!) I still also enjoy what I can catch of the entertaining local gossip and news commentaries.

Angelo (in my 50 years experience) is the best barber in town. Angelo has a great eye for detail and you never feel like he is in a rush to move onto the next customer. I highly recommend Angelo as he is a wizard with the scissors and shaver! I always feel a million $ after having a haircut by Angelo. Thanks Angelo

Angelo is the best in town! Been giving my boy his dashing haircuts since he was a tike.We had tried everywhere with no success until we stumbled down to the back of the quiet Balmain Mall. Tucked on the side was happy Angelo, with his bright barber's pole spinning in the window.For years he's shared his terrific talents and the great barber tradition started by his father in the 1950s.Always a pleasure to be a customer in his chair. You're sure to be even more dapper when you leave it!

I have been coming to Angelo for many many years. He's an absolute pro. One of the best in the business and has been cutting hair in all styles here in Balmain for decades. Highly recommended.
