Purchased a $6,000 massage chair end of 2022. By March it was making horrendous squeaking noises whenever it expanded/retracted. Called relaxation station on 20th of March and was told to email them a clip so they can send out a technician by Andrew. Called again on the 20th of April because nobody replied to my email and a new lady apologised as 1 month was absurd and she would follow up.Well that never happened because it's now 1.5 months later in June and I haven't been contacted. Attempting to call them you'll get an answering machine majority of the time anyway.The massage chair itself was good minus the ridiculous noises and the 5 hour set up time.

Decided to wait 3 months before reviewing the A380 chair we purchased in July 2017. Totally happy with the purchase. Two people use it every day. Depending on how we feel we decide which auto program to use of the three all over massages - the strongest one really gives a 'workout'. The chair feels strong and well made, works quietly and we trust will last for ages. Savings are mounting up with not having to go out for massages and as many physio visits.

I ordered the Medi Pro Chiro Massage Chair after a few informative conversations with Ben and Kylie. Great people to deal with and an amazing chair! 3 people in our house use it every day for different areas ranging from sore feet, lower back to shoulders and neck issues. Highly recommended !

The Relaxation Station staff had good knowledge and gives you the opportunity to make a informed decision on what will be the best item for you to purchase for your needs and wants. THE CHAIR is amazing, i am very pleased with the quality and the experience of the Medi Pro Osteo. 6+ months later i am still enjoying the convenience of daily/weekly massages in my own home. Being a person with a stressful fulltime job, the relaxation and easing of tensed muscles has improved my wellbeing. The chair has great automated programs, my favorites are the Comfort and Relax Mode. I love that i can adjust the air bag and foot roller strength/intensity to customize the experience, the chair is powerful and this feature is a must to get the right comfort for the individual. If you have been thinking about getting a massage chair, DO IT.

Highly recommend this chair, we had previously purchased another chair which stopped working after 3 weeks from another online company.
