Triple auto care

Really disappointed in my experience. Initial meeting was fine, arrived to inspect the car and didn't have the right part, so he said he would get back to me on Monday to arrange another time. Never got back to me, I had to chase up multiple times and we finally arranged another time and date over the phone, then he never showed up for the second meeting, and he hasn't been answering or returning any of my calls or messages. I find this really unprofessional and a big inconvenience for me. Would not recommend.

James was great! Let us know when he was on his way. Thoroughly checked my car, troubleshooted all options, checked every thing and fixed it within 30mins! I was expecting a bill close to $1000 and I’m stocked it was only a $80. Very honest and lovely guy! Will have him come to my work or home in future for further car services and issues I may have. A++++

James was hands down amazing! I was a little skeptical at first as I’ve never used a mobile mechanic & now I’ll never look back! After being ripped off last year from a mechanic shop I was told I needed all these different things that would cost me $500 I just left it and ignored the problems & didn’t go ahead with the job as I felt I was being taken advantage of being a young female however I was expecting these issues to all come up again today so when James did my servicing & battery replacement along with inspecting the vehicle himself , turns out those “issues” were actually non existent! He is definitely trustworthy & reliable! Was also able to get my car going within the same day of requesting his services , I was told everywhere else I’d be waiting 3 weeks. 10/10 legend! Will be coming here from now on & recommending him to all my family/ friends on the coast.

Have a customers car in today and just was done by this guy came out to do the front brakes took advantage of a women and charged her $900 to change a wheel bearing and front pads and didn’t even note that the front disks have been metal on metal before and the back pads have 1mm left he changed the pads resulting in her brakes to fail have go up someone rear end
