A job well done, I had very noisy and dripping taps. I telephoned Paul Bevins, he answered the phone, I explained what was happening. He told me how he could easily fix the problem and help me save water.A time was made for Paul, to come himself. He explained the charges, which I thought were reasonable. He arrived the next day right on time, without any fuss the job was done, I don't have any noisy or dripping taps.Paul Bevins Master Plumbers will be my plumbers now

I called Paul to change a tap. He ended up not changing the tap, he only changed the washer and tap bonnet and charged me $180. I had to help him and got water all over myself in the process. I told him that I would only pay $150 as he only worked for literally 1 minute, he didn’t do what I asked him to do and because I had to help him. He started swearing at me and making racist remarks including “you will always be coloured”. He was very unprofessional and acted rudely towards me. I became upset and embarrassed and will never use this man again or recommend him. Save yourselves time and money and use someone else.

I have had Bevins do a couple of jobs for me of various sizes, they are always prompt, reliable and charge very fairly. Happy to recommend them and their work. They came put really quickly to fix a broken tap in an emergency last week, thanks guys, always good to know you are on the job!

I just didn't know what to do with my bathroom it was looking old and tired, I didn't want to go through the expense of a full bathroom renovation. I called Paul Bevins and told him my concerns, he mentioned a soft makeover and explained what he could do. Paul was able to put in a new toilet, tap ware, towel rails, vanity and shower bar. The end price was amazing, and its like a new bathroom

After renovating my place over 10 years ago things are starting to need fixing. Broken washing machine, broken toilet seat and leaking water pipe to refrigerator. As I am totally useless when it comes to replacing or fixing things, I needed someone that had the tools and the knowhow on how to get everything mended and fixed. A close friend of mine recommended Paul, as they had issues with their sewerage and some crack pipes due to a root system. So I called Paul up and was quite pleasant and understood everything that I needed to get done. Maybe not a big job but was more than willing to come over the bridge to get some work. As we have been in isolation and Covid-19 has been rampant, he had asked the right questions to see if I was all good and didn’t have symptoms, and also let me know that he was fine. Made me feel good  Well Paul came over, well presented in his tradie uniform. Didn’t come in with muddy boots and didn’t mind a friendly chat, which I am sure he has had many. He was saying that he had been doing it for a very long time.Well first the new washing machine had arrived days before. He installed 2 pipe extenders for the hot and cold water. One I couldn’t fit under my laundry sink to do that, so new washing machine working and I have days of washing to do. Next job was toilet seat, that I had been waiting 2 months for to come from Reece due to the pandemic. I think it came from Italy or something. He took the old one off and replaced it with the new one. Finally I can sit on my new throne and not slide off HAHAHA!!! Lastly Paul pulled out my fridge to see where the leak was coming from. The filter water pipe had a hole in it, so he got that fixed in no time. For some reason I’ve waited 10 years to get that fix and now I can turn on the cold water at my sink and not be scared my apartment was going to flood due to the leak. I can now use the filtered water from the fridge. It may have not taken to long but it was worth Paul doing it in no time but than me doing it all wrong and taking too much time. I also got him to quote on a new showerhead with the extendible hose. Overall Paul was great, well priced and did his job efficiently. …Thanks Paul

I called Paul as our hot water heater was not working. He arrived at our home within two hours and had it working again quickly. So grateful that he came so quickly as we had no hot water and our grandchildren due to stay over that night. Thanks for your great service.

Paul squeezed us into a busy day to replace a leaking mixer, arrived promptly and worked quickly. Lovely bloke. Will recommend him to friends I will definitely keep his number in case we need more work done.

Paul has been my plumber of choice for many years. He keeps the appointments he makes, does the job with the minimum of disruption and explains the cost of the job as it proceeds. He is a nice guy as well. I would recommend Paul to anyone.

Paul Bevins was recently called to re fit a shower mixer handle that had fallen off.The charge for this job was $317 and no new parts were required. Apparently, the surround of the mixer tap needed to be modified". The result of the "modification" can be seen in the attached pic.It is a mystery that (a) the handle could not be re fitted without any modifications (as had been the case in the past)
