Beaumont Tiles Ringwood

Appreciated the help from staff to find just the sort of tiles we were looking for. Pleased to have choice on colours and costs that wasn't available at other suppliers.

The lady in the shop was friendly and very helpful in choosing the right tiles. The delivery was with the forklift included, which was wary smooth to drop off. Thanks guys.

I recently selected my floor tiles from Ringwood Beaumont Tiles showroom and I had a wonderful experience as compared to other centres. Elaine was extremely helpful and patient. Thank you so much for the help.

Didn't have the tiles I wanted, closest I got was Bunnings, but none of the other tile stores had them either.

Went in a week ago and spoke with Jason who offered a 10% discount on the tiles, went in yesterday to order them and he told me there was a sale coming up soon so he'd give me the sale price, just very good customer service and he was very knowledgeable so I'd certainly head straight back to this store when I need tiles again.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Jason went above and beyond helping us. This is a wonderful place to shop for a good deal with amazing service.

Unfortunately our local Beaumont Tiles store under ordered SIGNIFICANTLY. Not helpful to not own it let alone finally call me back at 4.59pm and advise I can get them from QLD (I am in NSW). No mention of how that would occur. I had earlier today by sheer luck called Ringwood and Jason answered. What a legend. Confirmed they are on back order but kindly offered to check both VIC and NSW Warehouse. No joy NSW but they had them in VIC. He has since arranged for payment and for them to be transported to NSW Warehouse where I will collect them from. To say I am impressed is an understatement. Jason went above and beyond to help me. Clearly a problem solver and genuine guy who likes to help people achieve their desired result. No more sales to this NSW store from me. I would purchase from Ringwood and pay for delivery every single time in future because the level of service from Jason has been incredible! Thank you so much Jason we are so grateful to you!

The guys in the store went above and beyond for my small order of tiles for my fireplace. Fantastic service, super friendly and offered great advice on the types of adhesive and trim to use. Highly recommend them and would definitely come back for more tiles. Well done guys.
