Always great service and smiles at the Brighton store! The pets love it so much that you often see them trying to walk their owner inside when they are just trying to walk past!

The store manager - Zoe has always been incredibly helpful to us and looks after her customers. Even though we have other pet stores close to our home, we prefer to drive out to this store just because of the great service as well as the honest advice we get here. I would highly recommend visiting this store and checking out their range of pet products. Once again, thank you Zoe for a great customer experience everytime :)

Great store and great staff

Today I had the pleasure of taking my dog in and getting the amazingly professional and helpful assistance from Arthur -- he was wonderful. And my dog, who doesn't normally warm to strangers, adored him and gladly took a treat (keeping her social distance, as per the sign on the floor). Note: I have run across one very rude person at this store in the past, still working there I believe, which left me reluctant to visit (instead, ordering online, from various vendors, as I'm sure quite a few customers would have done) -- Yet TODAY we ventured in, and had a wonderful experience to be greeted by someone as helpful and lovely as Arthur was. So thanks for looking after my dog -- and for your expert information and assistance, which was extremely helpful and excellent customer service.

Friendly staff, great products & prices.

The staff was great but unfortunately the toy I bought for my Yorkshire terrier was unsuitable. He ripped it into pieces that were hard and sharp. Unfortunate
