Delicious home cooked hot breakfast, well adhered COVID safe rules. Nice and warm, lodge room with private bathroom, easy to check in and friendly staff, great value for money - thanks Pom!

Unfortunately I need to echo the negative feedback. Paid a 50% deposit which is understandable to lose but when I made contact to change dates due to a nationwide lockdown, the remainder of the amount was charged to my credit card without speaking to me first. No partial refund, credit or flexibility offered, instead I was met with rudeness and hostility for even asking the question. Buyer beware!

Very pleased with the accomodation for the price. Staff are friendly, room was clean & warm, hot breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. Fridge & tea/coffee facilities are available in the shared areas as a bonus. Would recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at sonnblick lodge. It is very cosy and has a relaxed feel about it. The mattress in our room (number 8) was amazingly comfy. Well catered for continental breakfast including fruit and yoghurt. Home cooked breakfast on morning 2 with a good selection of options. The owner Pom is a character and is very accommodating.

Had to cancel my booking because of government restrictions about traveling outside Sydney metropolitan area, Ian didn’t even want to hear it, he just hang his phone on me while I was trying to ask for an alternative solution than just loosing the money but not before telling me in a very rude way “you shouldn’t book a trip during pandemic”.I understand that during a pandemic tourism industry is suffering but that does not justify a theft.Enjoy my money Ian and thanks for being such an example of fairness and honesty.

We have stayed multiple times this year and every time has been impeccable! The rooms and common areas are tidy and feel like a home away from home. Bec and Cam put on an amazing breakfast and are excellent hosts! We never have a problem with parking and it's in a great location. Our first choice for Jindabyne accommodation!

I understand the booking is not cancellable, but during this hard time and considering the lockdown is not foreseeable. Isn't it better to stop being rude and hang up the phone immediately after the word 'cancel'? And to the least, show some actions (like partial refund or kind attitude) instead of sitting tight to charge the full money.

Great location - near all the shops and Perisher skiing. You get home cooked breakfasts cooked to order and they're very careful about preventing spread of COVID. Lovely red haired server at breakfast. Cozy fireplace with couch and TV for you to relax in the evening. Rooms, though small, have everything you really need if you're out on the slopes all day. Everything is nice and clean too
