A huge thank you to Nathan, Luanne and the entire team. From the moment we called to request a quote to move the contents of our home from the Gold Coast to Sydney, to the actual onsite quotation and all following communications, the process worked like clockwork. The communication was warm, friendly and informative. Both the pickup and delivery teams were amazing, with large personalities and lots of laughter. They are genuinely nice guys who enjoy what they do but took the necessary care with our possessions. The cherry on the top was the letter thanking us for our business and a box of chocolates which was presented to us as a gift once all was offloaded safely. I would definitely recommend this team and will use them again in a heartbeat if the opportunity presents itself again.

Driver tried to turn around in our street this morning. Got the truck rear bumper hooked up in our front lawn and ripped it up. Tried to drive off. I stopped him. Not even an apology. I am left to fix my lawn.ll. One of their drivers tried to turn around in our street this morning

Tony, Craig and Blake did an amazing job with our move. They were punctual, reliable and efficient. Being just my wife and I, they helped us considerably by placing things in the required rooms so that all we had to do was unpack our belongings. Not only did they offer the exact timing of pick up and delivery we needed, they also offered the best and most competitive price compared to a lot of other quotes I received.The guys that picked up our gear, Craig & Scott were exceptional. They were efficient, professional and very friendly.The delivery team Aaron, Terry & Zeb were also fantastic & professional. They quickly unloaded our gear placing it in the correct rooms. Greater Gold Coast Removals has been my go to removalist company for almost 10 years. It is owned by a local Gold Coast family and they provide excellent service. They are responsive, honest helpful and simply do a fantastic job. They are on time, efficient and have good communication. They have been able to move large items for me regularly up and down challenging stairs that other delivery agents and removalists have told me cannot be done. I highly recommend this company.
