Absolutely disgraceful service and the fact that they say hot and spicy is a qld item is just a cop out. Hot n spicy is a world wide item Jacob I don’t want excuses get your s$&@ together. It’s a simple menu make it available. Chips are good but

Spent over $40 on food, chips were burnt, tenders were good, nuggets were soggy but when asked for a free cup of water for my 11 year old they refused. Disappointing after spending any amount of money that a cup of water is refused in any eating venue.

No need for customer service as there was a computer that took my order! Really good if you’ve been travelling and don’t feel like a chat. Took hardly any time at all! Tried a Slab to find out what all the hype was about, I thought it was good value for money, adequate seating with access to ammenities close by.

KFC is Always good, but the young folks working there are what always impressed me, so young and already learning to work as a team under pressure. Full House, dozens of orders and we oly waited no more than 10 Min. Overall great work!!!

Pretty good. They use new menu, which is not as good in my opinion. But most of the time the chips are cooked and salted well. And chicken is not too dry. But there is times when both are not good and you wish you could get money back. Why do I want to pay hard earned money for dry chicken that's been in hotbox for 3 days? Or floppy bland unsalted chips. Completely changes the experience and why you would choose to go there. Get your act together.Most of the time is good.
