Have had a bad experience the last 3 times here....don't know why we bothered to go back.Had to wait 35 mins for 2 med chips & after seeing 2 customers who were after us walk out with chips, we asked to speak to the manager who had conveniently gone home,we had to speak to someone else who continued to tell us their system which was clearly NOT working. Then another staff member, in the line told him to refund AND give us the chips.Absolutely discusting service & to argue with the customer.....even more disgusting.Oh & then a young staff member offered me the managers number so I could call her.Really???????Something needs to be done about the way this servo is run.Numerous other customers having the same problem.Feel free to comment & I can give you me details so you can contact me,if you like.

Trying to get people in with false cheap fuel prices on the south side entrance. Apparently sign was not updating and they were flat chat with food and admitted to not manually change it until I complained and another customer expressed displeasure in store. Funny enough this is the sign next to United which was still the cheaper price (think what you will)Was forced to pay 1.69 and not 1.65 as per the sign as they couldnt ammend the price. To the operators credit she did try and call her team leader but no answer. Basically had to pay the wrong price or risk the police knocking on my door. ACCC has made its position clear 9n this practise. They have my number, will update the review if they resolve the issue..

But shocked with some of these reviews, the staff are friendly fun to get served by, always see the workers happy and laughing, it's fun environment and happy vibes, coffee is amazing and the food I've had is amazing especially the chips are amazing come on in and see for yourself you won't be let down by the service or the food

Stood there waiting to be served for over 5 minutes and was practically ignored while others who wandered in were served immediately. Terrible service. One staff member was muttering and swearing under her breathe.I'd prefer to walk starving than fill up with petrol and get a feed here.

We are regular commuters through Port Wakefield with no real preference regarding service station brands. My wife & I stopped into Port Wakefield as we always do on our way to Adelaide this morning we stopped at the new Liberty 24/7 service station on the right hand side. Enjoyed a nice coffee & breakfast. On our way home this evening we stopped at the BP. Sadly the standards have really slipped at the BP. I ordered a medium sized coffee & some hot chips & while we were waiting, we used the toilets. The toilets (men’s & ladies) were filthy with used paper towels & rubbish strewn all over the floor. When my coffee arrived it was the wrong size. I mentioned this to 2 staff members to be told “this is what you ordered”.I said OK I’ll accept this but I won’t be back.No comment from the female staff member concerned so I walked out.Well, the coffee tasted like really weak cheap instant coffeee. So I took it back & suggested they put in the bin.I would have thought that with 2 relatively new Servos, that the BP would step up, but instead they have really dropped the ball.We will never stop their again & will advise our friends to follow suit.

Im a local. Come in most mornings. Line of 6 people and the cashier stops to make a coffee. People are trying to get to work. Serve the customers then make coffee. Happens nearly everyday feel like they are in world of their own very frustrating. Not just the coffee aswell they are just extremly slow

Nothing gluten free but plenty of bleached white flour baked goods. no almond milk coffee, diluted long black (pictured). Disappointing, get with the times and offer some healthy options

Toilets really need a good clean. Wouldn't like to buy any food there if the kitchen is as bad as the toilets.

This BP servo used to be our favorite stop for food & a toilet break. The food was fine, HOWEVER the dining area floors were messy with food & foot traffic marks everywhere; BUT the winner of the filthiest toilets I have ever seen award goes to this place. The entrance door was covered in grime & the walls were not a lot better. The walls were littered with old mounting holes from removed appliances, but the clincher was the overflowing paper towel bin that had forced the last 20 or 30 people to just throw their paper towels on the floor.I did not see any hot air hand dryers installed in this men's toilet.I believe OTR operate this site judging by the staff uniforms, so I phoned OTR Customer Service & spoke to a sympathetic Mikaela; but based on numerous poor Google reviews on the same subject it seems unlikely that any improvements will be made.Mangement need a swift kick where it hurts. Please don't insult me by posting a response that is identical to numerous other filthy facility complaints over the last year or so that read like this:Hi (Insert customer name here), thank you for your honest feedback and apologies for this experience. With safety as our highest priority, bp takes store cleanliness and hygiene seriously. While many of our retail sites are independently owned and operated, we will contact this store to remind them of the need to ensure store cleanliness standards are upheld in the future.
