I've used Bennett Carroll Solicitors on two occasions. The first time was in the mid to late 2000's when my mother redid her will and I made my first will. Tania was extremely helpful and caring. I took my mother to the Stafford office for our first meeting. Tania noticed my mother's mobility issues and kindly organised to visit us at home for our next meeting. We were both very satisfied with the whole process.When my mother passed away Bennett Carroll took care of finalising her will (can't remember the legal term!) Again the service provide was smooth, professional and empathetic.I recently decided to update my will and put an EPOA in place. The information and planning tools provided to me to prepare for my meeting were extremely helpful. This made the face to face meeting very productive which I appreciated.I was also provided with templates to use to list information eg where to find documents, etc, that will be needed for my EPOA or after my death.
