Took my brand new 4x4 to them for the 1st phase of the dream build. They damaged my car and offered no form of compensation. Pursued them for compensation to cover the repair - minimal interest beyond an apology.Hot tip: if you're employed to perform a service and break/damage something - fix it!!!I would NOT recommend them to anyone - take your pride and joy and your hard earned money elsewhere.

Just purchased a set of Piranha snow/mud chains and am extremely happy with them. I run 35x12.5 inch tyres and these chains are a comfortable fit with several links of adjustment to spare. They are a traditional design and are extremely quick and easy to fit. I Have another set of 'lighter duty' chains with an inner cable that are much more fiddly, take longer to fit and are a stretch for the 35's in spite of being sold as such. The Piranha chains have larger links for a better bite and are much heavier but you can't get this strength without the weight. They are more expensive than some on the market but in my opinion they are much better value as they will most likely outlast me. They also come in a handy plastic tub which is the only way a set of muddy chains would be going back into the car mid-trip.

Bought a second hand set of rims and a drive shaft to get me out of a jam. The rims were rusted through and the drive shaft was seized on the splines.

These guys are awesome, very happy with the customer service, honest advice, professionalism and expertise. Took my car out camping this week after getting my duel battery set up and couldn't be happier, they did a great job. Highly recommend.

Have bought a hand winch and a snow chains many years ago (which were great) from Piranha. But I haven't been there for years and recently got a ute with Piranha dual battery system. Wasn't sure if system was working or not and I don't live local. Called up, Mick was amazing. Despite me not purchasing the system (and it being an earlier model) he still gave his time and advice to walk me through the system. Turns out it was a battery issue and the Piranha system was still working perfectly. Thanks Mick. Great products and great customer service.

Emailed to see if they had an ARB air compressor andTyre gauge in stock and Mitch emailed me back at store opening to say yes in stock. I ordered online and mentioned I needed it for a trip in 4 days time. Received the item in metro Sydney the next day. Great service.
