Didn't listen to pretty much anything I said (front just above the eyebrows with a 6 on the sides, gave me a short side part and a 2 on the sides) and yet they still charge a high price. My advice, go to Marion and go to one of the barbers there, much better.

A few months ago I had a trim at this place. The lady rushed the job. Only trimmed the longest part of my hair, did not trim any of my hair underneath. Extremely rushed. Will never go there again.

Online stated store will be opened at 10.30 on a Sunday. Sat by the salon from 10:10 as we had finished doing our shopping. To find store did not open. Wasted 50mins of our morning.

Megan always cuts my hair, always cuts my hair to perfection. She takes her time to listen to my hair concerns and gives helpful advice. I love the friendly and positive atmosphere as you walk into the salon. All the girls are lovely. Highly recommend, I'll keep coming back! :)

I went for a haircut and the lady doing the cut didn't really understand what I was asking. the language barrier made it harder, but the considerable hack job she did required me to go to another hairdresser to have it fixed. There was zero blending of my hair and it was very uneven all over. I am sorry but I will never attend here again. Also opening time said 9am and the lady didn't open the store until 10am, that should have been a sign not to go.

Love JoJo she's amazing. She asks all the right questions and does such an amazing job. I won't see anybody else for my haircuts anymore.

I HATED, HATED this shop, there was bad service and a LONG, LONG wait.I found myself wished I had gone to any other place, to be completely honest I would rather of been cutting my own hair with old rusty shears. I expected them to lessen to my order, my simple request but alas they did something completely different, it was well done but no what I wanted in the slightest , I thought I had clearly told them, but no. I recommend that you should never go to this store!

Absolutely butchered my toddler’s hair. Just took chunked out all over. The job wasn’t able to be finished because he was too upset as the hairdresser didn’t even try to interact with him. The back of his hair is completely ruined and the front is still long. Still got charged for this 5 minute hack job. Wish I read the reviews before coming here.

The hairdresser was extremely rough with my 3 year old son. Extreme step-down in terms of quality and politeness in comparison to other places
