Harbourside Vet Care

I discovered this clinic when I once took a very old cat here for a second opinion and was relieved with Harbourside’s (less drastic/invasive) recommendation. I’ve used this vet clinic ever since, even when I lived in the opposite side of town. All the vets are kind, knowledgeable and practical. The owner has owned the practice for many decades and still practices as a vet himself. It’s a wonderful small business and they do a fantastic job- it’s so clear that all the staff love animals. Highly recommend!

Had to race to this clinic whilst out fishing for an unfortunate hook of our poor dogs leg!Not only did they see us immediately, they took the time required with our very vet anxious dog and nothing was too much trouble! The vet Dr Chandana explained everything and with the amazing vet nurse (whom I unfortunately didn't catch his name) assistance, they got the job done calmly and promptly!Keep doing what you are doing guys, you ROCK!Thanks again!!

Once I visited the vet who owned this establishment.I never returned and never will return.Not sure if he was having a bad day or just did not understand animal behaviour however I left feeling unsafe and cornered in the room.Not by my beautiful placid friendly dog. This was caused by the veterinarian that I was in that enclosed small room with.I was shouted at viciously for a very long and unreasonable time while I was on my knees petting my animal.I have never seen anything like it. I was frightened and left immediately and the women working in the front counter looked shocked but unsurprised as they said nothing when I walked out.Do not recommend especially if you are a woman and attending alone.

Took our little dog here when she appeared to have the symptoms of kennel cough. They went out of their way to see her and treated her with kindness and soon had us on our way with appropriate meds. She recovered fine. Recommend them highly.

I have just purchased a sweet2 year old dmh tabby called O'malley he is lovely but I wanted a check over for a few issues he had at AWL. Vet Elanore gave him a check over and all is good. Service was great from staff. I have used them for other animals and will again.

great service, caring and professional on a rushed sunday morning after two of my hairy friends and i found and ate rat baits. really thankful to the vet and vet nurse for their help and would recommend Harbourside Vet Care to all my crew. woof howl woof. Beagle, Labrador and Cocker :)

From start to finish, only a day to wait for an appointment, took my beautiful pup was welcomed by the receptionist and certainly she loves the pets that come in, then she went to she the Doctor and he was fantastic checked her over while giving her a treat and when giving her the jab he was very caring and explained to me what is needed for her, would recommend them to anyone that's after a very caring for pets

Amazing providers. When I rang to book they spoke me through what might be wrong and got Archie the cat in urgently. Explanations of what was occuring were outstanding and our options were clear. The post surgery care was exceptional. We brought Archie in twice without additional cost. Really appreciate how kind everyone is and the obvious love of animals.Archie would like the rating to be lower, he didn't care for the collar provided.

Very friendly staff, the Vet was really good with our young cat, staff even came in and gave her cuddles, we were expecting a large bill and were really happy when the cost was very affordable for us. Took a lot of the stress off having a sick pet. We had to take her back a few weeks later and again were extremely happy with the service, we saw a different vet this time who was also very good just like the previous one. Thank You!
