Worst services. They are so so unprofessional. Ordered cake for my daughter's birthday. They changed everything on cake. It was looking so ugly and base was tilting to one side that cake fall off on its own. When i complain their answer was it looks like this only cause its in half shape. They tried to make up but delivered it 3 hours late and spoiled the day. Ones i ordered cake for my anniversary and they forgot to make. They need to learn business.

We used to get cakes from this place and recommend to few other friends, but now the cakes have got worse in taste, just plain cream with sugar no sponge and no taste at all, reviewing after 4th bad experience, cakes are not fresh most of the times as well. Stopped getting from them.

Terrible customer service.I picked up a ras malai cake this afternoon.Your representative at the counter behaved as if was too much of an effort for her to explain different flavours available.She packed the cake then asked me if I wanted any messages on the cake I did ask her to write one . She had to unpack the cake which probably didn’t amuse her as I tapped the card and asked:Is it done?No response.I picked the cake and said thank you.No response again!When you hire people atleast train them on basic customer service skills. What a terrible customer service.

We brought couples cakes from cake guru based on that I ordered a cake for son's birthday and I called them personally thanks them. My son and his friends where very surprised and happy.thanks to chef for a such a wonderful cake.
