The toilets had no paper and were very dirty, no bins, no soap..... does it take alot to keep it tidy on market days

Played bowls on Tuesday at Sunshine VRI bowling club. What lovely and friendly people they are. We had a great game. Our two sides won their games

A bit of a weathered run down old place. But you are in Wallan. With all the new homes you would think they would revamp the football rooms.

There is a lot of confusion in the reviews.There is Greenhill reserve - which is all sporting facilities, plus a tiny old young children's playground. It is not a place to stop unless you want to watch football.The review photos that show a black fence and oval is of the highschool which is opposite Greenhill sporting facilities.The white chain fence is the bowels club carpark / driveway (there is no access to the hill, or ovals from there).One review talks about the flying foxes; this is Hadfield Park north of Watson Street, which has a large newish children's playground and outdoor splash park. If you're stopping in wallan while transiting, this is where most go.Goodluck.

Wallan Bowling Club friendly people injoyed my time there

The Wallan Recreation Reserve includes Football, Netball, Cricket and Lawn Bowls. Usually called Greenhills Recreational Reserve by locals.

Wallan has basically nothing to offer apart from a pub and playground. For a town this size the council has no interest in community, l was amazed after moving here there isn't even a swimming pool.

Nice park & facilities for families & children. Great play equipment even has 2 flying foxes.
