6 days after PCR test and still no results... what is the point of even getting a test if the results come back after youre aloud to leave isolation... useless

Friendly fast & efficient service

Went yesterday to have blood taken for my 5 year old daughter. The staff were amazing in making her feel comfortable and ensuring the experience was not traumatic. Thank you very much ladies!!!

Went here this morning to have a blood test - was inside waiting for about 1/2 an hour with 5 other people some walking in without masks on - no receptionist in sight only a sign saying to put on a mask and use hand sanitizer - finally a receptionist came out and asked if we were all there for a covid test - myself and another woman said we were there for blood tests - it was then we were told that this was a covid testing only clinic and we needed to go elsewhere for blood tests. I would have appreciated knowing that before I was sitting in a room with possibly infectious people for 1/2 an hour! Not even a sign up before I went in our even inside the room!Why are these people not going through the drive through testing sites to avoid exposure to other people?!!!

Lovely friendly, gentle staff look after you like royalty. Quick efficient service in an out of the way location in Emu Heights. Shorter hours than other suburban collection centres but if you pick your time there is no wait.
