Eliza's Boutique

I shopped at Eliza’s Boutique over the Easter break, with my daughter. We both had the most amazing shopping experience and are both thrilled with our fabulous and stunning new outfits!Thank you Eliza's!!

Lovely experience, we have never been to this shop before. My mother and I were both assisted on arrival with in-depth explanations about the clothes. We didn’t buy anything but were impressed with the customer service on 3/12/20. So rare these days.

I have shopped here for over 20 years as the service is second to none and truly customer focused. Many of the labels are exclusive to Eliza's and this coupled with the excellent styling that is provided as part of the service always means a great experience. I have been fortuntate enough to have the owner do the styling herself and she is always friendly and approachable, with a level of service which is hard to come by these days.

Rude service *but with a smile*While greeted kindly it was followed with words implying my friend and I weren't good enough to shop there, almost like we were going to tear the place apart. Sure, I looked like I'd just come from the beach but that's because... oh yeah. I did. I came to Noosa for the beach. That doesn't mean I don't have money. That doesn't mean I'm not looking with the intention of buying. I'm a fashion design student, I have great respect for clothing and I'm someone who'll easily drop $1000 on a coat but after the patronization I received from the store owner, I'll not spend a dollar there. Your face was smiling but you were not welcoming.Edit:I didn't receive an offer for help. The comment was don't go crazy ladies

Eliza’s is my absolute favourite boutique in Australia. I love the quality & exclusivity of their labels, stunning! But the reason we walk out the door looking so amazing is Liz’s unique ability to style us! So worth the trip from Melbourne
