Saarathi Accounts and advisor has mucked with my last years tax return application with Medicare levy surcharge because of which I have received a letter from ATO after a year advising that there was mistake in my 2002 tax return and I am payable of $2,004. The team members have acknowledged their mistake and stated that we are human and every one makes a mistake".Well it should be of your best interest and priority to double check and ensure that all the applications are finalized appropriately before escalating it to ATO. Rationalizing your professional incompetence with "common natural error of human species" is not acceptable enough to justify if you are craving for continuous improvement and 5 start customer satisfaction.This ultimately has caused me an immense financial burden which is obviously not going to be compensated with their apology. Poor experience! Suggest reconsidering before trusting them to apply your tax return in 2021!:( very disappointed.. sorry for the harshness but I guess this is the only way to enlighten others while getting a provider to crave for their best (even more) learning from their mistakes which is obviously intentional."
