Usually on time, saves the stress of diving to the city & finding a car park. Trains could be more secure with more conductors walking through carriages more often to keep idiots under control

Had an extremely abusive (verbal and physical) commuter on the Melbourne to Traralgon train (Friday midday) No fault of v/line but the absence of PSO's on the train and at the train stations was very disappointing. Called triple zero but were told that local police were too busy.The behaviour of this commuter was absolutely appalling and should not be allowed to interact with the public. What is wrong with our justice system!!We will not be travelling on the v/line train any time soon because of this!

Good service. Train coach. Coach takes longer when the train line to Melbourne is closed but is made up for in the fact that travel is free. Staff are good friendly very knowledgable. Carriages and coaches are nice and roomy clean and dont smell. Cost on the train is reasonable and definently cheaper than driving to melbourne. Plenty of stops along tge way. Moe warragul pakenham clayton just to name a few.

On the Traralgon lines trains are either always late, delayed or replaced with buses. Trains go super slow and the lights are too bright.Always clean though.

Got to southern station went to board the bus as train was unavailable then the attend told me to get the other bus as the one connected would wait for arriving passages so I waited an hour for the next bus then got to next destination and no bus for 3 hours , google was correct vline had no clue so had to wait 3 hours to incorrect information

My train was slightly delayed and the conductor Jordan was excellent in updating me on times as I had to literally jump off one Train in Traralgon and back on to Melb. He even called ahead to make sure I wouldn’t miss it.Impressed with the service

I use the Traralgon line and Vline has not met punctuality targets for 5 years. I constantly get emails for extended train delays/cancellations.Bus trips instead of trains are a frequent occurrence on this line which means very extended travel times in the morning peak. My longest trip has been 4 hours.Usually if a train is cancelled and there is a bus people drive.How do you give no stars? :-)
