1 star is to much .went there on 1/11/21 to have a feed just wanted to go to the toilet guess what it was locked i asked the staff she replied there's toilet down the road not going back beware of cheap tricks like that

Horrible customer service. Went to this subway couple weeks ago. Lady Katie was very abrupt and unpleasant. Gave benefit of the doubt thinking she may just be having an off day of the month or something.Decide to give it a second chance since I love the food. Shock surprise when I see the same lady Katie there.Figured this will be interesting. At the time she was serving a father and son, whom which were very polite. Not once did she smile at the customers, or say any niceties. Just was stern abrupt and unfriendly.Waited for awhile, with another person also waiting. Not an issue... not in a hurry.She greets me with no smile. Or thanks for waiting!A simple, stern. RBF.What bread!?Same attitude as last time.I decide to be stern back and say bare minimum.The next guy in line must of thought, I'll try be really pleasant / over the top friendly. Hi how are you? How's your day?.Good! What bread!!I can't believe someone like this has a job.She also had the nerve to try overcharge me for avocado.I said Did you charge me for avocado?Yeah why!? ( like I'm stupid)'I didn't have any avocado on my sandwich''Oh well I thought you did!'No I didn't, that was the other guy.Oh, sorry bout that! That'd be $20 something.Very rude.

I have lived just down the road from this store for about 9 months & have been there on multiple occasions. Only once have I actually been able to order successfully. Someone needs to learn how to order the bread! They never have any in stock! One of the times I went there, they had some bread, I wanted to use my dine & discover voucher before it expired & the girl told me it was unavailable for subway at the moment... Which was a blatant lie. I went down to the one in Kurri Kurri (where I go every other time I get let down from here) & they processed it no problems. Definitely drive the extra 5 minutes to go to Kurri, don't waste your time here.

Tried going to this subway on Boxing Day not knowing if they were open or closed. Sign was off so we kept driving past not stopping. Next day we went to subway again the sign was off but saw someone was in the shop. I walked in greeting the lady with hi how are you I’m just Letting you know that your sign is not turned on or not working trying to be polite and helpful. She said ok! And was very rude to me as I was getting my sandwich made. Then asked if there was any cookies she said no! She could’ve used some manners and said no sorry or about the sign okay thankyou. The staff don’t care about there job or customer service.

Very incompetent staff. Manager clearly had no idea on what was going on, they even had the area manager there or some form of higher up that just ran around chasing her tail. Very disappointing, would not recommend.

Just went to subway, the girl that was working....Abbey showed no interest of being there, she made 2 horrible subs, defiantly won't go there again if she's working

I didn't get his name but the young man who served us tonight was very nice. We've always had good experiences here.
