Pandora

This store needs to reevaluate their staff. Staff did not greet a majority of the costumers that entered the store or acknowledge our presence. Nor were they able to promptly attend to a lot of costumers. I understand you have to provide quality service to each costumer but seriously this is how you lose sales.On a side note take this review as you like but seriously this is meant to be a store that should provide top quality service to all their costumers not just a few here and there.

It was very disheartening to see your staff member 'Ash' being a bully and aggressor to younger staff members, including my server. I would be mortified of such behaviour occurring in my own workplace.

Staff here are lovely. Very patient and willing to give you the help and time to choose the right piece of jewellery.

Was served today by two lovely staff members at the Knox store, Kim and Nat, I went into exchange my broken 14ct moments bracelet that I caught on my work bag during lockdown number 6, I wasn’t very hopeful that the outcome would be good but I thought I would ask for it to be repaired if it wasn’t as it was a present and I really wanted to be able to keep wearing it, Well not only were they friendly and treated me with the best customer service, they were very gracious in replacing it. I’m over the moon to have had that happen so I thought they deserved a shout out, thanks so very much guys ♥️

Placed an online order to be collected from this store and I have nominated someone else to collect the order . They have sent an email saying my order has been collected before even being collected. When I called the store, the lady who answered said “Oh sorry I have mistakenly sent the email, don’t worry about that, you can collect the order”. The nominated person went to collect his order this afternoon the staff said that his name is with his initials( because his name is quite long) and doesn’t match with the order. Then he has shown a difference ID (even though it was expired) to verify his name and still refused to give my order. When I called the store, the staff was very rude and said he has to show anything where she can see his full name. And the other option she has given me was to cancel the order!!! And she hang up on me! Having a long name is not a crime- be supportive have some customer service ethics. It’s ridiculous to see such an arrogant attitude from an international retail store.

When in with a friend she was doing her thing. I was left in peace at the back of the store as I wanted to be. I approached the counter then was asked if I wanted something in a very quick time with a very nice smile. Being a guy in this store I was very pleased with the service.

I had such a wonderful day shopping here. Even though I had no idea what to buy for my partner, the staff here was excellent. Ash was incredibly professional and sweet, and she was able to guide me in the right direction and assist me with my purchase.

I had a look at Pandora Knox, it is small but they have everything you want. The staff are very friendly , helpful and patient. I asked if I could try on a bangle because I didn’t know what my size was and she let me try on different sizes and showed me different options . Highly recommended .

Had such a great experience at this store !! customer service was lovely, got served by Ash and she was so helpful with a gift i had to buy for a friend!!
