Ladies working at Miranda Store are not personal plus most unfriendly. I could not find product purchased previously and the girls were not interested at all. Please buy online.

I went today and the three young workers on Wednesday 21/12/22 were extremely rude and dismissive, whispering and laughing behind my back when I asked a question. I will not be coming back.

I'm really loving the Retro Styles available at the moment but can not say the same about the poor customer service I received, the staff were rude and made me feel as tho I was wasting their time!

My wife purchased a gift for my daughter's birthday in April. We go to return today with tags on and a receipt, and apparently we've gone past the 45 day limit. Don't worry that we've had the biggest pandemic this century. The brainless store clerk seemed unwilling to help.

Staff member was so extremely unhelpful about an exchange.And her manager (the blonde one) who she was looking too for support was even worse!All I can say is, if you don't want to deal with people then maybe find yourself another career!You work in retail!Its your job to smile, be inviting and assist customers.Not go out of your way to be as difficult and careless as possible. And further more, then give your staff a hard time so it makes them also hate their job.
