Tennis Only

Worst customer service I've received at a tennis store ever. If it wasn't for them being the only store to stock the racquet i was after, i wouldn't have purchased from there. The staff were too busy talking to each other to bother offering any assistance. And even when purchasing the racquet, the staff member was so miserable, and it was the first time I'd ever bought a racquet where there wasn't a case of some sort with it. I'll gladly recommend everyone against going to the store, and shop elsewhere!

Disappointed in the poor customer focus.Two staff members remained behind the counter, one on a very low stool where he was barely visible. Both were watching the Australian Open. This is understandable.....sort of.....but not when customers are in the store. No acknowledgement of customer presence was given. Only some of the garments had prices on the tag. I had to go to the counter and interrupt the tennis viewers to ask my questions re sizing and price and the staffer who 'served' me was wearing his entire Covid mask down on his chin! I hope I don't have to go back to exchange the gift I bought. This was not a good experience.

Bought tennis ball in the box twice, couple of cans have damaged. Luckily, I opened the box in front of the staff second time so could get replaced.Also, have bad experience about opening hours. understand google does not show the right information every time. When I checked it was close at 6pm, I arrived around 5:30pm. they were shutting down. I did not ask them to give me a chance to have a look inside of store. I was like what time do you close? google says its 6pm?" Then the guy said rudely "it is what google said not me"Since that day I always go to other branch in Nedlands."

I came in looking for an upgrade from my previous tennis racket and was blown away by the level customer service and extensive range of affordably priced products (will match any authorised dealer with-in Australia).I was served by tennis professional Jake who demonstrated comprehensive product knowledge among all rackets. He explained the rackets characteristics in great detail and how it would assist me in refining my technique. After narrowing down my choices I ended up purchasing some balls and renting a racket through their program to get a better idea of what will suit my game best.The authenticity and high-level of professionalism I experienced will absolutely have me returning in the future for tennis gear and advice.Would rate 6/5 if possible.

Thank you to the friendly staff, always understanding my tennis needs. I spend a fair bit of time at the shop when I need shoes, racquets and clothing. All of the staff are fantastic! Thank you for your continued great service. The refit looks great!Thanks again.
