Porpoise Pools

Porpoise Pools and Enigma Outdoors were recommended to us. They are a family owned company with a great reputation & have been around for a long time.Our requirement was a pool that looks great, be unique in its shape, needed to be a feature point when looking down from our deck and that would transform our back garden and allow us long term enjoyment. Bonus, with the guidance Josh gave us during the planning stage, we have also ended up with a pool which is easy to maintain.Josh put in a lot of his time, thought and care into the design of our pool & surrounding landscaping. That was a big win for us. The build, beginning to end was stress free.Josh, Paul and their team of contractors are professional, friendly, meticulous and skilled with a wealth of knowledge in what they do.We are now into our 4th month of enjoying our pool and gardens.A big thank you from Simon & Dee

So happy with the pool - it looks fantastic, the water feels great on the skin, and we've had nothing but compliments from all our guests.As a first time pool owner (at least as adults), there were so many little design considerations that we didn't truly appreciate until later - it's not just that the pool looks great and fits in with the overall facade of the house, but also the ease of maintenance of the pool and surrounds, even with all the recent storms we've had in Brisbane. His experience really showed in all the design discussions on sun, wind, plants, pool equipment, fencing, drainage and even fluid dynamics!And it wasn't easy trying to build through the middle of COVID, with all the supply, demand, labour and materials issues; but Josh gave us a timeframe and stuck to it. He's got a great relationship with his suppliers and contractors which really shows when things need to get done.Would definitely recommend Josh and would go with him again if we ever build another pool.

We were first time pool builders and were pretty clueless. We spoke to 4 different pool builders and thank goodness we went with Josh at Porpoise Pools. We are so happy with the result. Cannot recommend him enough. Josh has an eye for design and helped us decide where to put the pool, size, shape and lighting so as to best enhance our property.He also put us onto other great quality tradesmen for various other aspects eg to extend our deck. In a very busy industry he also managed to get our pool finished by Xmas time (amazing!) and has been very generous with his time in explaining to us how everything works and how to maintain it. Josh did a fantastic job on our pool. The customer service quality from start to finish was exceptional. Tackling what other pool builders refused to even quote on. He came with solutions not reasons why it could not be done. Every chance I get I try to get him back for any kind of other work, just because he is so easy to deal with compared to others. I will fly him where ever I live next for my next pool build. 6 stars!

I have been lucky to have chosen Josh as my pool builder. It is rare to find a builder that is responsive and that will do right by the client.My experience with Josh has been excellent.
