Bad customer service. I arrived on the date 03/12 at 6pm to collect my clothes due to train replacement from city. When I got to the store, and I wanted to change my clothes size however one of the guy said he won’t get paid extra for doing this for me as I’m already late and didn’t understand my situation of taking one hour transportation to this store.He was being cold and unreasonable.

I barely write about this type of experience publicly, but I chose to do so this time. I had the worse customer service experience ever with MacPac Parramatta. I bought hiking shoes in late 2022, and the boots started tearing off from the side of both pairs after six months despite taking good care of them. After taking the shoes to the MacPac Parramatta, instead of serving the customer the way they were supposed, the customer representative started defending, not solving the issues. Long story short, it has been almost three weeks since they said I would receive my old boot (which they took for their supplier to assess it) via EXPRESS" post

Just got the halo jacket from Parramatta store, both staff members there were lovely, pleasant to deal with and jacket also very nice. Made my day

Macpac sells variety of gear ranging from winter wear to camping gears. There are women and men sections to browse through. Staff at Parramata outlet was really helpful and assisted us to find best fitting items. Some Items are pricey. But there are sale items going on and they are equally quality and affordable. Located in level 1

I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service. It was our my first time going skiing and we weren't confident if a snow jacket was suitable for the job. We met a lady staff who didn't simply just gave a yes response, but educate us about the designs in a snow jacket. Then, when we were already set on buying it, she heard us that it was our first time skiing so she suggested other clothing pairings that also works but without the high price. I appreciate this service as it shows that the staff wasn't trying to sell the more expensive products, but giving us more options to make a more informed purchase. Thank you!

Such a great range of winter jackets. The manager, Sam, was super helpful in explaining which ones were water resistant and suitable for what I was looking for. Will be back again!

Very friendly staff. They didn't have my size in store. I asked if they can order for me instore. I didn't have to pay upfront but I still paid for my convenience. The jacket was in store the next day. Not 4-5 days as anticipated. And it's a good quality stuff. Finally a contender to Kathmandu.
