My family's favourite restaurant. Food and service is fantastic! It has a warm and welcoming ambiance. It has different settings in every corner and has also an outdoor setting. You can watch pizza making while waiting for your food. Had already recommended this to our friends and they love it.

The fish and chips was so good. Crispy and crunchy and prawn spaghetti was just delicious. After the meal the coffee and cakes were just mind blowing. Lastly the service was extraordinary. This was the experience we had last night on Friday. Will recommend everybody to visit this place for good food and beverages.

I must admit the service has declined here. Pre-Covid, when you went there was table service and the meal came out in a reasonable amount of time.Now you have to queue to order and the meal takes quite a while to arrive, then before you've finished the meal all service has stopped.The food is still good, just slow to arrive and there's not really time to order desert or coffee after the meal

Came on weekend(Saturday)for dinner with my family. We were super happy with the service and food. Though we didn't book the table ahead and walk in, despite super busy the male staff came to us and he was able to manage table for us. Feel like a proper management and good environment.The coffee was good and cakes were amazing. I highly recommend this place.

We’ve been members and coming here since the newly Lantern Club opened many years ago and always had a lovely experience and brought many of our friends and family here also. Dropped in for lunch this weekend and was extremely disappointed how much Mazi restaurant has declined. Nowhere to sit because all the empty tables still had dirty plates and glasses still on them. We counted 9 tables around us uncleared and dirty. We stood at one of the tables for a while hoping the 2 staff leaning on their elbows at the kitchen would notice and come and clear for us but the lovely girl at the bar saw us and rushed over to clear it. Paid just under $30 for a beetroot salad with grilled chicken. The very ordinary salad arrived without the chicken. No cutlery at the table. Waiter said he would bring some but never came back. Sorry Mazi, you Can’t charge those prices with such poor service. Sorry Lantern, used to be a great little club but we won’t be choosing to eat here again.

This was the worst food and experience I had in a restaurant. I don’t recommend anyone going there. I ordered a beef Mignon and instead I got a chewy rump steak. When I complained about it I was told that filet Mignon is too expensive. The waitress didn’t really care when I addressed the issue, and there was no manager on-site to whom I could talk. To add insult to injury, they said I needed to pay for the replacement order in addition to the first order. Absolute worst dining experience I’ve ever had.

From the moment I walk into the Lantern and be greeted by Annie I feel right at home. I go for lunch often and always enjoy the beautiful meals that are delivered to my table by the friendly staff. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is wonderful. The whole place is lovely and clean. I always feel safe and happy there. I will be looking forward to my next visit.

This place not going to lie had a good atmosphere but, the food was horrid the burger patty tasted like a reheated patty in the microwave the chicken burger was gross the bacon in the burger was raw the schnitzel was burn the best thing was the drink (we got water by the way) I can’t explain how disappointing and frustratingly bad yeh food was. The only reason I give this star is cause the place is nice.
