Elite Removalists

Unfortunately the experience I had with this company was horrible. My items were damaged and when I contacted Brad the next day I was told that since I didn’t inspect all my items whilst the removers were still at my house my claim in not valid. My couch has a big grease stain on it, the TV unit arrived all scratched and the removers made a massive scratch on the apartment door.I was also charged to sit and wait at the front of my new apartment as the removers stop for a break on the way to the new apartment. I was the car behind them and noticed them pull into a shopping complex.To top it off I was then charged a heavy item fee off $200 to relocate the fridge, I would have understood paying this fee if I had been pre-warned but they waited until they were there in person to tell me so I had no option but to pay it.Please avoid, for your own sanity.

Extremely disappointed with this business and would not recommend to anyone.Initially our move was booked for 8am however another job came up and ours was pushed to 12pm. Still no show at 12pm and no contact from removalists, I then had to ring for an update myself who advised it would be roughly another hour, 1:45 and they finally showed up.Move was completely very quickly and with no issues at the time.They called at the end to advise they could not get our dog kennel through the reception of our old unit and had to leave which we were fine with.We then visited the old unit the next day and found the front door had been scratched, the wall as you walk in had been damaged and our dog kennel was completely broken. All replaced at our own expense expecting to be reimbursed.I sent an email to the manager Brad who booked my move explaining the problems and no response.4 weeks later, 5 phone calls to the ladies on reception who advised they would get the manager to ring me back each time and still no word from the manager/owner.Extremely disappointing you pay money for a service and expect to be treated professionally & respectfully however this was the complete opposite.Stay away from this business if you can.

Elite Removalists were fantastic to deal with, with moving my 75 year old father from Gold Coast to a Retirement Village on the Sunshine Coast. Moving is always stressful especially when your dad is going into a retirement village after living in the same house for over 30 years. Elite were really soft and gentle and polite with my dad moving all his belongings and going as far as putting his clothes away in place in the cupboards at the new house. Truely impressed with you guys. Massive thank you.

We used Elite Removalists yesterday and they were extremely professional, hard working and experienced. From the outset I knew we were in good hands. They took really good care of our household items and the 3 boys worked really well together.

I highly recommend Elite Removalists. Our move was not as straight forward as most. We dealt with lifts and lift times, and because I was given lift access at 8-10am only, it was peak hours in the apartment complex so parking the truck close to the front was not happening.So that made the move harder. I was really impressed that this didn’t alter the guys moods, they had a very “can do” attitude.After the loaded we had to wait for settlement and the guys just waited patiently for settlement to go though and I could get the keys for the guys to start unloading.By far the best moving company we have used.

Brad at Elite Removalists was really nice and helpful with me. They helped finish a move another job half did and refused to finish which was very stressful and concerning. I called Elite Removalists and explained the situation and Brad himself came out with a colleague and truck at 6am the next day and finished our move which relieved a lot of stress. Thank you Brad and Elite.

Excellent experienced with Elite Removalists today. Santiago and Fernando were gentlemen. Exceptionally hard working guys and super polite and professional. Highly recommend Elite Removalists after today’s experience.

Claudio and his team at Elite Removalists did a perfect job this morning when our move. They arrived right on 7am and were out of here by lunchtime for our 4 bedroom home to Pacific Pines. Super speedy and good price, I’ll use you guys again.

Extremely happy with Elite Removalists for our move from Biggers waters to Runaway Bay during the week. We had some very expensive furniture, and bulky items as well as expensive art work.The guys handled it all very careful, wrapped it for protection. The move was done quicker than we anticipated and therefore cheaper than I budgeted for. Would not hesitate to use Elite Removalists again.

We chose Elite Removalists because I had a friend who used them and recommended them to me. They were really nice when I booked at their time came today at 7am and had my 3 bedroom house entirely moved by midday. Great team of guys and great customer service from their office.
